The daily-used mops in households are not recommended to be disinfected frequently. Using disinfectant solutions for disinfection can easily cause unnecessary environmental pollution. Moreover, disinfectants like potassium permanganate solutions are inherently colored, and after soaking, cleaning with water is very water-intensive. It is suggested that after each use of the mop, it should be carefully washed with clean water, wearing gloves, wringing out the mop, and then laying out the head to dry. Now, let's take a look at the maintenance tips for mops.

1.After use, make sure to thoroughly wash and dry it, then place it in a ventilated area to avoid any unpleasant odors or smells.

2. When the mop has an unpleasant smell, you can use diluted bleach water to clean the mop.

3. If there are hairs stuck on the mop, you can use a brush to help remove them, or wait until it dries and then use tape to remove the hairs.

4. The mop made of fine-textured fabric is less suitable for cleaning heavy oil stains on the floor. It is not cost-effective and is prone to wear and tear, shortening the lifespan of the mop.

5. To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of your home, it is recommended that the mop head be replaced every two to three months.

6. When used in combination with cleaning agents, the dosage should not be excessive. Excessive use may result in residue and shorten the lifespan of the mop.
